carrie disrud painter artist key west polaroid .JPG

i love the number 1962
it's the year i was born in rolla, north dakota
- practically the geo-center of north america... very cool.

i have lived in sunny key west for 34 years
i live with my hubby, three wonderful sons, 3 cats, 1 dog & a bunny

i am an ovarian cancer survivor
with all its ups and downs there was a powerful feeling of being inspired
by all those around me
this helped create the art that i want to share with the world
